I’ve been ridiculously excited to blog Heather and Steven’s wedding since the day I shot it! Now, I have fun at every wedding I photograph but this one… Oh this one. This one was something special. Heather and Steven’s wedding was OFF THE CHARTS in the fun category. I think you’ll soon see what I mean…
Some things you might need to know going into this one….
Steven is a fan of cats. Their friends are a bit theatrical, which is awesome! Instead of clicking glasses at the reception to get the couple to kiss, guests were to perform one thing from the “kissing menu” placed at each table. Most sung a song, but some took it to a new level with an outright performance! This may have been the very first time I have ever wished I was a videographer! But I do think the photos captured the essence of what happened. There was a point where I even gave my camera to one of the guests so I could participate in a dance off! There may or may not be photos of said dance off. 😉
